- Several National first places and Grand Champion Awards as an athlete.
- Numerous National and International titles as an Acrobatic Gymnast.
- Competed in Geneva as a gymnast winning Silver.
- Winning squads Internationally traveling to the UK and America.
- Represented Ireland at the World Cheerleading Championships in 2011 on the first ever Irish Cheerleading Team to compete at World Championships and then again in 2018.
- Also represented Ireland at the European Championships in Glasgow 2013.
- Assistant Coach to the Youth Coed Team Ireland who were the first Team Ireland to place top 3 at The World Cheerleading Championships.
